M.Sc. in Applied Geology Spot Admission Round 2025-26

All JAM-2025 qualified rank holders who registered their application with IIPE, but didn’t take/get admission in any of the four phases of counselling, are hereby informed that the following seats are available for Spot Admission to be held on 28th July 2025.

Participation in Spot Round

Candidates must participate/report in the SPOT ROUND physically at IIPE, Visakhapatnam (Old Building) on 28th July 2025 by 12:00 Noon Candidates should bring all their original documents with one set of photocopies for verification along with the required fees as mentioned in the table below.

As per the merit order in respective categories, the seat allotment will complete on the same day after 2PM followed by the registration process for the successful candidates.

Therefore, all the registered and eligible candidates can attend for Spot Admission physically at Institute with all the necessary following documents along with fee payment of a total amount as mentioned below:

Important Notes
  1. 1. If a candidate is willing to accept the offered seat, then the candidate shall be asked to make payment of ADMISSION FEE IMMEDIATELY through e-payment portal.
  2. 2. A candidate who accepted the seat will be given a maximum of 1 HOUR to make the payment of the required fees. Failure to do so will result in the opportunity being given to eligible candidates from the waiting list.
  3. 3. As there will be no admission schedule after the spot admission for the academic year 2025-26, please note that no refunds will be issued for withdrawals made after the spot admissions.
  4. 4. Visakhapatnam is the only Legal Jurisdiction for any dispute that arises on the eve of admissions into IIPE. In case, if it is the High Court, Andhra Pradesh Hon’ble High Court at Amaravati is the legal jurisdiction;
    5. 5. In case of any furnished information is found wrong / Incomplete later, his/her admission is liable to be cancelled.
